Terms and Conditions
A copy of these are sent with each booking for your records, however please see below the full terms and conditions for bookings:
The total price of your stay does not include the Accommodations Care and Respect Bond of £75 (£100 for lodges) secured for any damages done to the accommodation during your stay. This is to be paid additionally and will be refunded within 3 days of checkout if all is well. This can be taken with your consent from the same payment card, or I can send you an invoice. Once this is paid, it shows your compliance and adherence to the Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to withhold all or a portion of this bond to cater for any damages. If there should be damage above the bond held, you as group leader MUST pay the extra.
Any damages must be reported to us as soon as possible.
To secure bookings, please make a deposit at your earliest convenience - dates will only be held for 2 days unless paid.
All monies must be paid 4 weeks prior to your stay. or as soon as possible for Haven guests to be able to purchase passes. If these are not paid, we reserve the right to re-advertise your booking and keep the deposit and any other monies that have already been paid.
In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your stay, any money paid may be returned excluding your deposit, but 4 weeks' notice is required. If 4 weeks' notice is not provided, we reserve the right to withhold your deposit plus any monies paid towards your stay (excludes extenuating circumstances).
If your booking was made less than 4 weeks before the date of your stay, all monies and deposits must be paid upon booking and is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Bed linen is not included in any caravan but can be added at a separate cost. Details will be available on the booking form. This is because bedding is provided separately by a 3rd party, not by us or the caravan / lodge owners.
Check-in times are 3pm onwards. If you are going to be much later than this please inform us as soon as reasonably possible, so that arrangements can be made for you to still be able to check-in and collect keys. I will make you aware if the accommodation is available to check in earlier than 3pm.
Check-out time on day of departure is no later than 10am. Please make sure you leave promptly as time is needed to make sure the accommodation is to the standard expected ready for the next guests. Keys need to be returned to Reception.
It is a requirement of Holiday Resort Unity that all guests have Entertainment Passes during your stay - ALL of our accommodations include these passes. These passes also grant discounts to the Splash Waterpark, Brean Play and the Funfair.
Passes for Haven need to be purchased by the guest directly from the site. You do not need to purchase passes and just have a quiet break but will not have access to swimming or entertainment venue.
To secure your booking I will need the full names, ages and gender of each guest; full address; email address; home and mobile phone numbers, and car make, model and registration - this information is required by HRU to secure the bookings.
Please download the HRU app and Haven app to be able to book activities and entertainment.
All rules of the site must be followed. These can be provided upon request.
No person(s) other than those on the booking form are permitted to stay in the accommodations without prior approval from us.
The accommodations must be kept tidy, clean and treated with respect. All dog mess needs to be cleaned in garden or will result with a deduction from security deposit
Upon leaving, all bins must be emptied, and accommodation left as found when first arrived.
We are not liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of use of garden furniture or play equipment (where supplied), and any such use is at the guest's own risk.
Please do not use the electrics within the accommodation to charge up electric vehicles or the security bond will be kept to put towards electricity usage. The site do provide an outlet for charging electric vehicles.
For those accommodations where pets are allowed - we reserve the right, on inspection, that if any damage or excessive animal hair etc is found, a cleaning charge of £50 will be levied.
