I make hiring out or advertising your holiday home simple and stress-free
Many sites have lettings agents on site to hire your holiday home or caravan out. For example, Newman's Holiday Homes and UKcaravans4hire take between 15% - 20% of any earnings and a one off fee.
For a modest commission of any booking, I can let out your holiday home for you. I advertise and arrange any bookings, payments, security deposits and other requirements. I even sort all paperwork to be sent to the site to ensure your guests can arrive without hassle. Commission is set at 10% and 15% if you want me to deal with any/all queries, complaints, feedback, etc, or 10% if you wish to deal with these yourself.
We are now looking to expand! If you have a caravan, lodge, cottage, Glamping site etc elsewhere then please reach out to me and I'd be happy to advertise for you at a small commission cost or you can hire through me, the decision is all yours. Also I don't charge a one off fee like other letting agencies. No booking no commission taken.
